Studio JAAF developed the interior concept, interior design and supervised the complete renovation of the 1940s apartment in Amsterdam West. In the two-story building, the ground floor had been used for storage, while the first floor was where all of the rooms of the apartment were located: two bedrooms, a living room, a tiny kitchen, and a shower/toilet combination. An extension was added to the former rental apartment and a new layout was made. On top of the extension Studio JAAF designed a roof terrace with stairs to the garden for an optimal use of the indoor/outdoor space.
